The MedEikon Portal puts all the information for your entire mobile, relocatable and hybrid fleet in one convenient location. You can view the location, network details, the status of study transfers, configuration information, and even temperature, humidity, power quality, and magnet status Where applicable, all on a single page.
New destinations can be centrally configured and are automatically synchronised to all units, so that any unit can attend any site without additional configuration effort. The Edge devices will automatically select the appropriate destination through GPS. Each destination can support multiple worklists, multiple send destinations and rule-based filtering, all configurable through an intuitive Portal web interface.
All data transferred to the Portal is fully anonymised and can then be analysed through the Statistics module. Scanner workloads can be broken down by procedure type, day, week, month, location and more, then graphed or exported as CSV files for reporting, planning and billing workflows.
Role-based access control is a standard feature of the Portal. For example, individual radiographers’ access can be restricted to a single unit, while administrators can view and configure all units. Multi-Factor Authentication is fully integrated to ensure organisations continue to meet the relevant cyber-security standards. The Portal is your single entry point into the other MedEikon modules, such as the Statistics, Study Explorer or Remote Console modules.
